A fantastic opportunity is available for an enthusiastic, hard-working and ambitious individual who is looking to continue their career in property lettings.
Role: Lettings Negotiator
Location: Aldershot area
Working Week: 5 days Monday to Friday and Saturdays on rota
Salary: 20k – £24k basic DOE & OTE up to £32k uncapped

To be considered for this role, you will need at least 1 years lettings experience and be open to obtaining further support, guidance, and training to fulfil your full potential and maximise opportunities for the team.
Main duties to include:
- Assist with the management of the applicant database, ensuring regular contact is made with all prospective tenants.
- Register potential tenants, arrange and attend viewings.
- Liaise and negotiate between landlords and tenants to close deals.
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with landlords and tenants. Strive to achieve and smash pre-agreed targets.
- Flexible with ADHOC requests from other staff with regards to general assistance of the office functionality.
- Complete the referencing process and prepare tenancy agreements whilst maintaining communication with all parties throughout and providing a seamless service from let to move in.
- Update marketing within the branch and on the the company website.
- General property administration duties.
The successful candidate must have a full, clean driving licence and be prepared to work Saturdays on rota as part of a 5 day week.
