Experienced Sales Negotiator – Cheltenham
Basic Salary: £23,000 – £25,000 + Commission
Our client, a well-established and highly regarded estate agency in Cheltenham, is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their successful and busy team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property professional who thrives in a target-driven environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving property sales and building strong relationships with clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Registering buyers and understanding their requirements
- Conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
- Progressing sales through to completion
- Generating new business opportunities
- Maintaining regular contact with clients and applicants
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within estate agency is essential
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Target-driven with a proactive approach
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Well-presented and professional at all times
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
