Sales Negotiator
Are you an experienced and high performing Sales Negotiator? We’re currently looking for a Sales Negotiator full or part time on behalf of a well-established independent estate agency in Slaithwaite to join their friendly and highly successful sales team..
Key responsibilities:
- Hit or exceed agreed income target
- Maintaining own group of prospective sales applicants
- Updating vendors
- Maintaining strong and up-to-date knowledge of local property market
- Must have at least a years experience in sales progression.
Skills:
- This role requires you to have had a solid track record in sales negotiating.
- You must be a team player.
- You must be passionate about property.
- Driven, dynamic and hungry.
- The ability to hit the ground running
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Package on offer:
Basic £28,000 to £30,000 plus bonus
All successful candidates can earn extra income from mortgage appointments, solicitors’ referrals.
Hours full time:
The office is open 9am-5.15pm Monday to Friday.
9:00am-4:00pm Saturday (1 in 2. Day off in lieu for working a Saturday)
Hours part time:
Monday, Tuesday and Friday 9am-5.15pm(ideally but flexible)
9am-4pm Saturday( every third Saturday, ideally but flexible)
