Experienced Estate Agency Sales Negotiator required for an Independent and sought-after Estate Agency in the Truro area with a great reputation and on target earnings of up to £35,000.
Our client is a successful Estate Agency in the Truro area. They are looking for a professional and friendly sales negotiator to join the team in their Truro office. This will be someone starting in their career with some property sales experience although this could be 6 months or a year, and with smart appearance and a great attitude and people skills. You will be organised and personable, preferably with local knowledge and a desire to succeed. This would suit someone looking for their second estate agency role and seeking a move to a quality independent agent. You will need your own car for carrying out appointments.
Duties include:
- Meeting and greeting clients in the office and taking calls
- Registering potential new clients
- Booking and carrying out viewings
- Negotiating sales
- Managing the sale process through to completion
- Identifying new opportunities
In return you will be offered a basic salary in the region of £20-25,000 with on target earnings of £35,000.
