Sales / Branch Manager – Property Estate Agency
£40,000 basic £50,000 OTE
Full‑time Office‑based
About the Role
We’re looking for a driven, commercially minded Sales / Branch Manager to lead a high‑performing estate agency branch. This is a role for someone who thrives on generating business, building relationships, and keeping a busy office running smoothly day‑to‑day. You’ll be the face of the branch, setting the pace, supporting your team, and ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through proactive prospecting, valuations, and local business development
- Lead, motivate, and develop a small team to hit sales and service targets
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and smooth processes
- Manage the sales pipeline from instruction to completion, maintaining strong communication with clients throughout
- Conduct market appraisals and convert opportunities into instructions
- Monitor performance metrics, reporting on KPIs and identifying areas for improvement
- Champion customer service, ensuring the branch delivers a professional, friendly, and efficient experience
- Represent the brand locally, building strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and community partners
About You
- Proven experience in estate agency, ideally at Senior Negotiator, Assistant Manager, or Branch Manager level
- Strong track record in winning instructions and hitting sales targets
- Confident leader with the ability to inspire and guide a team
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and operational discipline
- Comfortable balancing commercial drive with operational oversight
- Professional, personable, and able to build trust quickly
- Full UK driving licence
