Salary: £26,000 – £32,000 basic (DOE) + Commission
🚀 The Opportunity 🚀
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join a well-established and busy independent agency. This role is ideal for someone with 3-4 years’ experience who is looking to build a long-term career within a fast-paced and rewarding lettings environment.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Managing inbound enquiries and applicant registrations
Market appraisals and marketing
Booking and conducting property viewings
Negotiating offers and supporting tenancy progression
Preparing tenancy agreements and associated documentation
Coordinating check-ins and move-ins
Carrying out property inventories and routine inspections
Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation
Delivering excellent customer service to landlords and tenants
👉 About You
Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in residential lettings
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone
Good working knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
Full UK driving licence
