Property Valuer (Office-Based) – High OTE | No Weekends
£27,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £55,000+)

The Opportunity
Are you a natural closer who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment? We’re looking for a confident and driven Property Valuer to join a leading Manchester-based property company. This is an office-based role where you’ll work with warm, motivated sellers, guiding them through the valuation process and converting opportunities into deals. You don’t need estate agency experience — if you can build rapport, influence decisions, and close, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling inbound and outbound enquiries from motivated sellers
- Carrying out property valuations over the phone
- Building rapport quickly and identifying client needs
- Presenting tailored solutions with confidence
- Closing deals and securing agreements
- Managing a high-volume pipeline effectively
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, telesales, or a closing role
- Strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Confident, persuasive communicator
- Resilient and ambitious
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Property experience is a bonus, not essential
