Sales Negotiator – Wantage
£25,000 basic | OTE £30,000
Our client, a well-established and highly regarded estate agency in Wantage, is looking to recruit a motivated and personable Sales Negotiator to join their busy team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for property and customer service to build a successful career within a supportive and professional environment.
The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for:

Registering buyers and understanding their requirements

Booking and conducting property viewings

Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors

Progressing sales through to completion

Building strong relationships with clients and delivering excellent service

Generating new business opportunities where possible
Requirements
-
Previous experience in estate agency or a customer-facing sales role

Strong communication and negotiation skills
-
Target-driven with a proactive attitude
-
Well-presented and professional
-
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
