Sales Negotiator – Telford
Market Leading Independent Estate Agency
Salary: Competitive Basic + Commission | OTE £35,000+ (DOE)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator to join a highly successful and well-respected independent estate agency in Telford.

The Role
As Sales Negotiator you will play a key role within the sales team, supporting the full sales process from initial enquiry through to completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Registering buyers and understanding their property requirements
- Booking and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
- Generating new business opportunities
- Maintaining regular contact with clients and applicants
- Progressing sales and ensuring a smooth transaction process
- Delivering exceptional levels of customer service
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will be:
- Experienced within estate agency sales (preferred but not essential)
- Highly motivated, driven and target focused
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Well presented and professional
- Confident negotiating and building relationships with clients
- Organised with strong attention to detail
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle will be essential for this role.
