VACANCY: Sales Lister
LOCATION: Colchester
SALARY £30k OTE £50k
AMR are currently working with a well-established and ambitious estate agency in Colchester that are looking to appoint an experienced, confident and motivated Sales Lister to join their busy team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven property professional to play a key role in winning new instructions, strengthening client relationships, and contributing directly to business growth within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. The Role
This is a key, revenue-generating role within the branch.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
· Proactively generating valuation opportunities and new instructions
· Attending market appraisals and converting valuations into listings
· Building strong relationships with prospective vendors
· Advising clients on pricing strategy and marketing approach
· Working closely with office negotiators to ensure seamless service delivery
· Monitoring pipeline performance to ensure swift sales progression
· Maintaining regular communication with vendors throughout the sales process
· Working to agreed performance targets for listings, conversion rates and revenue
About You
They are looking for a motivated, professional and target-driven individual with:
· A proven track record of successfully listing properties for sale
· Strong valuation and negotiation skills
· Experience working in residential sales (local knowledge preferred)
· A demonstrable ability to win business in competitive situations
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
· A proactive and self-motivated approach
· High professional standards and strong organisational skills
· A full UK driving licence
