We are working with a successful, multi-branch independent estate agency in Ashby who are looking for an ambitious and personable Sales Negotiator to join their friendly team. Key Responsibilities:

Registering applicants and understanding their property needs

Arranging and conducting property viewings

Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers

Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Building long-term relationships with clients and buyers

Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and other stakeholders to progress sales

Maintaining accurate records and following company processes
About You:

Previous property experience

Confident, personable, and driven to achieve results

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Highly organised with good attention to detail

Positive, proactive, and a team player

Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
