An independent and successful multi office agency is looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their team in Southampton, looking after their important clients through the whole house sale process with the upmost care and attention.
Benefits
Salary Package £25k – £34k
Small friendly team
Weekend working on rota
No Bank Holiday working
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Matching Buyers to sellers homes
- Property phone outs
- Vendor and Local own to sell support and advice
- Booking & accompanying viewings
- Booking valuations
- Negotiating the best price on marketed properties
- Assisting to win business
- Progressing Sales
With already obtained knowledge in the property industry, you will ensure that the house sale experience exceeds client expectations. Working within a busy and target driven team, you will be have strong written and verbal communication skills along with being comfortable using Microsoft and CRM systems.
If you are naturally friendly, organised and professional, with a commitment to delivering team results, then this could be the position for you.
Please note that to perform the position you most have a clean UK driving licence and your own car to use for business appointments.
