An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded, well-established independent estate agency with an outstanding reputation for customer service and results across the Solihull market.

This is a fantastic role for an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Negotiator who is looking to be part of a professional, friendly and forward-thinking team where hard work is recognised and career progression is genuinely on offer.

๐ŸŒŸ The Role

You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process from valuation through to completion, playing a key role in winning new business and maintaining the companyโ€™s excellent local reputation.

๐Ÿ”‘ Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
  • Arranging and carrying out property viewings
  • Negotiating offers to achieve the best outcome for your clients
  • Managing and progressing the sales pipeline
  • Providing regular, professional feedback to vendors and buyers
  • Building long-term relationships and generating repeat business
  • Keeping up to date with local market trends and competitor activity

  • Proven experience within residential estate agency sales
  • A strong track record in winning instructions and negotiating deals
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of the Solihull and surrounding property market
  • Target-driven, self-motivated and well presented
  • Full UK driving licence
