A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager & Valuer to join one of Tamworth’s most established and highly regarded independent estate agents.
This is a pivotal role within a successful, high-performing office — perfect for a proven valuer who thrives on winning instructions, driving performance and leading from the front.

This is a hands-on, instruction-focused role where you will value property, secure new business and inspire the team to consistently deliver results.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
- Driving sales performance and increasing market share
- Supporting, mentoring and motivating the sales team
- Working closely with vendors to deliver a first-class service
- Sales progression support and deal management
- Implementing strategies to grow the branch’s listings and pipeline
💼 The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a Valuer / Lister or Senior Negotiator ready to step up
- Strong track record in winning instructions and converting valuations
- Natural leader with the ability to motivate and influence a team
- Commercially minded and target driven
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Local knowledge of the Tamworth market (advantageous but not essential)
