Lettings Negotiator – Bath
£29,000–£32,000 | Full-Time | Established Independent Agency
Our client, a well-respected and friendly independent estate agency in Bath, is looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their close-knit team
This is a varied and hands-on role combining lettings negotiation and property management for a small portfolio — perfect for someone who enjoys autonomy, responsibility and working in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing the full lettings process from viewings to move-in

Negotiating lets and preparing tenancy agreements
-
Handling deposit returns
-
Managing a small portfolio for a key landlord
-
Coordinating maintenance, contractors and inspections
-
Liaising confidently with landlords and tenants
What We’re Looking For:
-
Several years’ experience in a busy lettings office
-
Knowledge of Reapit (or similar CRM system)
-
Strong understanding of lettings compliance
-
Highly organised and able to thrive under pressure
-
Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner
Working Hours:
-
Monday: 8:45am – 5:30pm
-
Tuesday–Thursday: 9:00am – 5:30pm

Friday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
