Lettings Negotiator required for established independent Letting Agency in the Bridgwater area, with a superb reputation in the local area and great career prospects for the right candidate as they like to promote from within. Salary up to £30,000 OTE for experienced candidates, plus benefits.
Our client is looking for an organised, and well-presented and driven lettings negotiator to work in their established Bridgwater lettings office. They are an extremely busy office so you will be used to working under pressure and be able to multi task and organise your own workload daily.
You will ideally have at a year’s lettings or property management experience. Your role will be to learn about the properties and show them to potential tenants as well as deal with clients face to face and over the phone.
In return you will be working for a very respected firm with a friendly team and receive a starting salary of around £27,000 per annum with an OTE of £30,000.
The position is full time Monday – Friday 8.45am – 5.30pm with every other Saturday morning. As this role involves property visits you will need your own car and will get a mileage allowance for business use. A fantastic chance to work for a reputable agent with multiple branches across the South West.
