Sales Negotiator – Estate Agency
📍 Oldham
💰 £25,000 Basic Salary | Realistic OTE £30,000 (Uncapped Team Commission)
🕘 Full-Time | Alternate Saturdays
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join a successful estate agency team in Oldham.
This position would suit a driven individual with a positive mindset and strong work ethic who is looking to build or develop a long-term career within residential property. Previous estate agency experience is preferred but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in supporting the residential sales department and delivering excellent service to buyers and vendors.
Your responsibilities will include:

Arranging and conducting property viewings

Liaising with applicants and vendors

Negotiating offers and progressing agreed sales

Assisting with bringing new properties to market

Supporting the team in achieving sales targets
About You

Positive, professional, and eager to learn

Strong organisational and time management skills

Confident and professional telephone manner

Excellent communication skills
-
Full clean UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:45am – 6:00pm

Every other Saturday: 9:00am – 4:00pm

Day off in lieu for Saturday working
