💰 £28,000 – £30,000 Basic Salary | OTE £50,000 Uncapped
🕘 Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm | Occasional Saturdays

The Role
You will be responsible for managing the full residential sales process, delivering an exceptional service to vendors and buyers alike.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing property sales from instruction to completion

Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers

Generating new business and assisting with valuations

Building lasting relationships with vendors and applicants

Meeting and exceeding agreed sales targets

Providing a premium customer experience at every stage
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience in residential property sales (Negotiator or Senior level)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

A target-driven and commercially aware mindset

Ambition to progress into a self-employed, high-earning position

Local knowledge of Hereford or willingness to build it

A full UK driving licence
What’s On Offer

£28,000 – £30,000 basic salary (depending on experience)

Realistic OTE of £50,000 with uncapped commission
