💰 £35-40,000 per annum
🕘 Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm | 1 in 4 Saturdays
Are you an ambitious and driven estate agency professional looking for your next career step? We’re seeking a Branch Manager to lead our clients Cheshire branch, overseeing daily operations, driving performance, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
What you’ll do:

Lead, motivate, and manage a successful branch team.

Drive business growth through effective sales and lettings strategies.

Manage client relationships, ensuring excellent service and repeat business.

Oversee valuations, instructions, and negotiations.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in estate agency with a proven track record in sales or lettings.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Target-driven mindset with the ability to motivate others.

Knowledge of the Cheshire property market (advantageous but not essential).
