Experienced Sales Negotiator – Bath
Basic Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 | OTE: £35,000
Full-Time | Monday – Friday 9am–6pm + 1 in 3 Saturdays
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a successful and well-established estate agency in Bath.
Our client is seeking a confident, driven, and customer-focused property professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
The Role
As an Experienced Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for:

Registering buyers and understanding their requirements

Conducting property viewings
-
Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors

Managing sales progression through to completion

Generating new business opportunities and supporting valuations

Building strong relationships with clients to secure repeat and referral business
The Ideal Candidate
-
Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within estate agency (essential)
-
Strong negotiation and closing skills
-
Target-driven with a proven track record
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Well-presented and professional at all times
-
Full UK driving licence
