You’ll take full ownership of the lettings operation, working closely with the Director to continue growing an already successful and well-respected department.
This is a hands-on role where you will:
- Drive new business and valuations
- Grow and develop the lettings portfolio
- Manage and mentor a small, motivated team
- Ensure exceptional service levels to landlords and tenants
- Implement ideas and processes to improve performance
