They offer clients a complete property journey, with the support of our in-house Sales Progression and Financial Services teams. This means agents can focus on what they do best—building relationships, closing deals, and growing their career in an exciting and evolving business.
They are expanding and looking for a driven, creative Estate Agent with property experience who brings fresh ideas and has a natural flair for social media and modern marketing.
What You’ll Be Doing

Managing a portfolio of residential properties for sale

Carrying out property valuations, viewings, and negotiations

Delivering excellent customer service to vendors and buyers

Creating standout property listings with engaging descriptions, images, and videos

Using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc.) to promote listings and grow the brand

Thinking creatively to attract new instructions and reach wider audiences

Working closely with our in-house Sales Progression team to ensure a smooth transaction process

Collaborating with our Financial Services team to offer clients complete support from start to finish

Keeping up with local market trends and acting on opportunities
What We’re Looking For

2+ years’ experience in property sales
-
Strong understanding of the local property market

A creative mindset with proven experience using social media for business

Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
-
Ability to think outside the box and bring ideas to life
-
Highly organised with great time management
-
Self-motivated, results-driven, and a team player
-
Full UK driving licence and own car (preferred)
