We are currently looking for a an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Negotiator to join our client who are an independent Estate Agency in Tiptree.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and negotiating favourable deals. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales, exceptional communication skills, and organisational expertise to contribute to the organisation’s success. The role involves engaging with diverse clients, managing negotiations effectively, and supporting the sales team in achieving strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Arrange and attend valuations, to convert to listings
- Conduct property viewings and deliver an exceptional client experience
- Build lasting relationships with buyers and sellers
- Negotiate offers effectively and progress sales through to completion
- Proactively generate new business and support the team
- Maintain accurate records and uphold high professional standards
About You
- Previous estate agency experience (12+ months preferred)
- Professional, personable, and customer-driven
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and proactive
- Full UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle
Salary £23/27k depending on experience, possible GUARANTEE offered for right candidate
OTE £40K
Plus car allowance
