Our client, a well-established and reputable property company based in Oxford, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised individual looking to join a professional, supportive environment, with hybrid working available following successful completion of probation.
The Role
As Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties across the Oxford area, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive a consistently high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities

Managing a portfolio of residential properties

Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants

Coordinating maintenance and repair works with contractors

Conducting property inspections and preparing detailed reports

Handling tenancy renewals and negotiations

Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation

Managing deposit returns and resolving disputes
-
Monitoring and managing rent arrears where required
The Ideal Candidate
-
Previous experience in residential property management is essential

Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Ability to manage workload independently and prioritise effectively

Professional, proactive and customer-focused approach

Full UK driving licence (preferred/essential β amend if needed)
