AMR are currently working with a well-established and ambitious estate agency in Leicester that is looking to appoint a confident and motivated Sales Valuer to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven property professional to play a key role in winning new instructions, strengthening client relationships, and contributing directly to business growth within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
The Role
As Sales Valuer, you will be responsible for securing new business and delivering a high standard of service to vendors. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting professional market appraisals and residential property valuations
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with sellers
- Converting valuation opportunities into high-quality instructions
- Managing your diary efficiently to maximise productivity
- Collaborating closely with the Office Manager to follow up on opportunities
- Creating compelling property listings and engaging descriptions
- Producing 3D tours and promotional video content
- Proactively identifying and generating new business opportunities
- Representing the brand professionally at all times
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be driven, organised, and commercially minded, with a genuine passion for property.
You will ideally demonstrate:
- Previous experience in residential valuations and listings (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of the Leicester property market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, self-motivated approach
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- High standards of presentation and attention to detail
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
