Job Title:Senior Property Manager
Location: Coventry
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm | Saturday 9:00am – 1:00pm (on a rota basis) Saturdays are 1 in 2, with time off in lieu the following week
Salary: £28 – 30K
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Holidays are 20 days + birthday + Bank Holidays + 3 days between Christmas and New Year which are gifted.
Overview:
An independent estate agency in Coventry is seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a fully managed portfolio of 300–400 residential properties, ensuring a high standard of service is maintained for both landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors on a daily basis
Organise and oversee property maintenance and repairs
Conduct regular property inspections and produce inspection reports
Ensure compliance with current property legislation and regulations
Handle end-of-tenancy processes including check-outs, deposit returns, and dispute resolution
Coordinate tenancy renewals and rent increases
Maintain accurate records and update property management software
Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
Requirements:
Previous experience in residential property management is essential
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Sound knowledge of current lettings legislation and best practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must have a full UK driving licence and own vehicle
Familiarity with property management software (e.g. CFP, Alto, or similar) is advantageous
