Sales & Lettings Negotiator
📍 Birmingham
🕘 Monday – Friday
💷 Up to £30,000 basic + commission
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join a leading independent estate agency in Birmingham. This is a fantastic role for an ambitious, customer-focused property professional looking to develop their career with a respected, well-established brand.
You’ll be working within a supportive and high-performing team, handling a varied role across both residential sales and lettings, with genuine earning potential and long-term progression.
The Role
- Registering and qualifying buyers and tenants
- Conducting property viewings and follow-ups
- Negotiating offers and agreeing deals
- Progressing sales and lettings through to completion
- Maintaining excellent relationships with clients, landlords and applicants
- Updating CRM systems and ensuring compliance with industry regulations
- Supporting the wider branch team to achieve targets
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in residential sales and/or lettings (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, professional and well-presented
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Target-driven with a proactive attitude
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
