🏡 Experienced Sales Progressor – Residential Sales.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Progressor to join the sales team of a well-established, high-performing estate agency that continues to achieve outstanding results in the current market.
This role is all about delivering a first-class sales progression service. You will take full ownership of residential sales transactions from offer agreed through to exchange, ensuring a smooth, proactive and stress-free experience for all parties involved.
🔑 The Role
You will be responsible for managing sales files efficiently and professionally, maintaining momentum throughout the transaction and ensuring issues are resolved before they become obstacles.
Key responsibilities include:

- Managing residential sales files from offer agreed to exchange
- Maintaining regular, professional communication with vendors, buyers, solicitors, mortgage brokers and other stakeholders
- Proactively identifying and resolving issues to avoid delays
- Driving transactions forward to achieve timely exchanges
- Delivering an exceptional after-sales experience that reflects the company’s brand and values
👤 About You
To be successful in this role, you will be:

- An experienced estate agent with a minimum of 2 years’ residential sales progression experience
- Confident and professional on the telephone
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage your own workload effectively
- Calm under pressure, with strong problem-solving skills
- Proactive, detail-focused and commercially aware
- Well presented, with a good level of IT literacy
