Property Manager – Lincoln
Salary: £25,000 – £32,000 DOE
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm
Weekends: On a rota basis
About the Role
We’re looking for an organised, proactive Property Manager to join a busy, friendly team in Lincoln. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and keeping a portfolio running smoothly. You’ll be the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring a high standard of service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties across the Lincoln area
- Handling maintenance requests, repairs, and contractor coordination
- Conducting property inspections and producing detailed reports
- Managing tenancy renewals, check-ins, and check-outs
- Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation and safety requirements
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Addressing queries promptly and professionally
- Supporting the wider team with general office duties when require
About You
- Experience in property management or lettings is preferred, but strong customer service backgrounds will also be considered
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident problem-solver with a calm, professional approach
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a varied workload
- Full UK driving licence
