An exciting opportunity in the Salisbury area has become available with an independently owned and successful agency making a name for themselves.
Package
- Basic Salary in the region of £30k. OTE £34,000
- Monday to Friday working with the hours 9am – 5pm.

With already gained experience in the residential property industry and ready to hit the floor running, you will be providing a smooth and seamless lettings to property management journey handling a portfolio of around 100 properties.
Main Areas of the role (not exhaustive)
- Property viewings and qualifying tenants in preparation of tenancy set ups agreed with landlords.
- Ad hoc and routine maintenance & inspections
- Property Reporting
- Move Ins/Outs and perform required checks & deposit handling
- Rent reviews
- New Business
