We are seeking a dynamic and professional Sales Negotiator to join our client’s reputable estate agency based in Colchester, Essex. The successful candidate will play a vital role in facilitating property sales, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth transactions. Responsibilities, but not limited
- Manage and develop client relationships through effective communication and negotiation
- Conduct property viewings, both in person and virtually, ensuring clients are well-informed about properties
- Assist clients with the buying, selling, from initial enquiry through to completion
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions using organisational tools
- Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and other relevant parties to facilitate smooth progress of deals
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments, managing enquiries, and updating the CRM system
Requirements
- Previous Estate Agency experience is essential
- Proven administrative experience with strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage confidently with clients
- A professional attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Valid UK driving licence
