Portishead, Bristol
£30,000 – £35,000 Basic | OTE £40,000 – £45,000

We’re looking for a motivated and confident Property Valuer to join our clients successful and growing team in Portishead. If you love winning business, building relationships, and being rewarded for your results, this is a role where you can genuinely thrive.
You’ll be working in a strong local market with excellent stock, high-quality leads, and a supportive team behind you — giving you everything you need to succeed.
What you’ll be doing

Carrying out property valuations and market appraisals

Winning new instructions and building a strong pipeline

Providing expert advice to vendors on pricing and marketing strategies

Building long-term relationships with clients in the local area

Working closely with the sales team to progress properties to completion

Representing the business professionally at all times
What we’re looking for

Previous experience as a Valuer / Lister / Estate Agent

A confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people

Strong local knowledge of Portishead / Bristol (or willingness to learn fast)

Driven, target-focused, and motivated by commission
-
Full UK driving licence and access to a car
