Key Responsibilities
Property Administration

Coordinating viewings, inspections, and maintenance works

Liaising with contractors and monitoring maintenance progress

Supporting rent records and general office administration
Marketing & Listings

Creating and managing property listings across online portals

Uploading and managing property photographs and marketing materials

Assisting with social media and digital marketing activities

Essential Requirements

Minimum of one year’s experience in property administration
