Senior Sales Negotiator
Salary: £25k – £28k DOE with a OTE of £30k – £35k
Hours: Monday – Friday – 1 in 4 Saturdays, 9am–2pm

A well‑established and reputable estate agency is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their successful team in a senior capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven property professional who thrives in a fast‑paced sales environment and enjoys building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing applicants, conducting viewings, and progressing sales
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Negotiating offers confidently and effectively
- Supporting the wider team with valuations and pipeline management
- Representing the brand professionally at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Confident, proactive, and target‑driven
- Excellent local market knowledge
- Ability to work 1 in 4 Saturdays (9am–2pm)
