Lettings Negotiator / Valuer
Swindon
£24,000 basic + uncapped commission
Monday–Friday 9:00–5:30 | Alternate Saturdays 9:00–4:00 (with a day off in lieu)

The Role

Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties

Conducting property viewings and providing excellent customer service

Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants

Carrying out rental valuations and winning new instructions

Building long-term relationships with landlords and applicants

Ensuring a smooth lettings process from start to finish
About You
-
Previous experience in residential lettings
-
Confident, professional, and target-driven
-
Strong communication and negotiation skills
-
Well-presented with a positive, can-do attitude
-
Full UK driving licence
