The Role
As a Senior Property Manager, you’ll take responsibility for a varied residential portfolio while playing a key part in the growth of the department. This role is ideal for someone confident in property management who is keen to develop further, take on more responsibility, and progress into leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing a portfolio of residential properties

Acting as a main point of contact for landlords and tenants

Coordinating maintenance and repairs
-
Ensuring legal compliance and best practice

Supporting and mentoring junior team members
-
Working closely with senior management to improve processes
-
Opportunity to progress into overseeing and managing a team
Working Hours
-
Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
-
1 in 4 Saturdays: 9:00am – 1:00pm
About You

Previous experience in residential property management (essential)

Organised, proactive, and confident managing your own portfolio

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ambitious and motivated to progress into a leadership role
