Lettings Negotiator
Location: Swindon (with local travel)
Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm | Every other Saturday (day off in lieu)
About the Role
Our client is a well-established and growing property business looking for an enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join their Swindon team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, building relationships, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Based primarily in Swindon, the role will also involve local travel to nearby territories, so a flexible and proactive approach is essential.
Key Responsibilities

Registering and qualifying applicants

Booking and conducting property viewings

Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants

Progressing tenancies from offer agreed through to move-in

Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants

Achieving individual and team targets

Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and company procedures
Working Hours
-
Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm

Every other Saturday, with a weekday off in lieu

Some local travel required to cover nearby territories
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in lettings

Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills

Highly organised with great attention to detail

Target-driven and motivated

Professional, friendly, and customer-focused

Full UK driving licence
