Senior Lettings Valuer & Negotiator (Part-Time)
16–25 hours per week | Bingley, Yorkshire
Are you an experienced lettings professional looking for a senior, influential role within a respected and growing estate agency?
Our client is a highly successful Yorkshire-based estate agent with an excellent reputation for customer service across residential sales and lettings. Due to continued success, they are seeking a Senior Lettings Valuer & Negotiator to join their established lettings team in Bingley.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you’ll play a key part in generating new business, winning instructions, and delivering a seamless lettings journey from valuation through to move-in.

The Role
As a Senior Lettings Valuer & Negotiator, you will:

Carry out market appraisals and rental valuations
-
Convert valuations into signed instructions
-
Advise landlords on rental values, yield, and market conditions
-
Win new business through canvassing, referrals, and proactive activity
-
Register applicants and match them to suitable properties
-
Conduct property viewings and manage applicant follow-up
-
Negotiate rental offers between landlords and tenants
-
Progress lets through referencing, compliance, and move-in
-
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
-
Ensure full compliance with current UK lettings legislation
-
Achieve individual and office targets
-
Maintain accurate records of valuations and outcomes
What We’re Looking For
-
Proven experience in residential lettings (senior or experienced negotiator level)
-
Demonstrable success in lettings valuations and instruction-winning
-
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
-
Commercially minded and target-driven
-
Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
-
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
-
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Knowledge & Qualifications
-
Strong working knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance, including:

Right to Rent
-
Deposit protection
-
EPC, gas & electrical safety
-
-
Understanding of the full lettings lifecycle

ARLA Propertymark qualification (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
