Abergavenny
£28,000 – £30,000 basic | OTE £50,000
Monday–Friday 9:00–5:30 | Occasional Saturdays

A high-calibre, well-established estate agency in Abergavenny is looking for an ambitious Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated property professional who wants strong short-term stability and long-term earning potential.
You’ll initially join on an employed basis for your first year, with a clear and supported transition into a self-employed role thereafter — offering significantly increased earning potential for the right individual.

The Role
You’ll be involved in the full residential sales process, working with high-quality clients and properties while building long-term relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:

Managing residential sales from instruction through to completion

Conducting viewings and negotiating offers between buyers and vendors

Winning new instructions and supporting property valuations
-
Building strong relationships with clients and applicants

Working towards and exceeding agreed sales targets

Delivering a premium level of customer service throughout
What We’re Looking For

Experience in residential property sales (Sales or Senior Sales Negotiator level)

Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
-
Target-driven, professional, and commercially minded

Ambition to grow into a self-employed, high-earning role

Strong local knowledge of Hereford or willingness to develop it
-
Full UK driving licence
What’s on Offer

£28,000 – £30,000 basic salary (DOE)

On-target earnings of £50,000
