Property Sales & Valuations Manager

Location: Birmingham City Centre
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 basic + performance-related bonus (OTE)
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and forward-thinking property buying and management company based in Birmingham city centre.

This role would suit a confident, commercially minded property professional who enjoys combining valuation judgement, consultative sales, and high-quality customer care. You will take ownership of property sales and valuations from enquiry through to completion, playing a key role in delivering strong commercial outcomes while supporting clients through important property decisions.

The Role

You will manage property sales and valuation activity end-to-end, working closely with homeowners, internal teams and professional stakeholders to ensure a smooth, compliant and customer-focused process.

Key responsibilities include:
 

  • Managing the full sales cycle from initial enquiry to legal completion
  • Preparing fair, competitive property offers using valuation data and internal guidelines
  • Conducting property valuations and assessing deal viability
  • Handling sensitive and time-critical property transactions with professionalism and empathy
  • Progressing sales through legal and administrative stages with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Managing and updating the CRM pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and progression
  • Liaising with solicitors, agents and internal teams to deliver a seamless client journey
  • Meeting or exceeding agreed sales and revenue targets
  • Supporting listings, marketing activity and viewings where required

About You

You’ll be confident, organised and commercially aware, with the ability to build trust quickly and guide clients through complex property decisions.

  • Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
  • Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Resilient and comfortable handling challenging conversations

Experience Required

Essential:
 

  • Experience within the UK property sector
  • Knowledge of valuation principles
  • Experience in a sales or client-facing role, managing transactions from enquiry to completion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths

Desirable:
 

  • Property or business-related qualifications
  • Membership of professional bodies such as NAEA Propertymark or ARLA
