Property Manager
Location: Malvern
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
We are looking for an organised and proactive Property Manager to join our growing team in Malvern. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in residential property management who enjoys building strong relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing a portfolio of residential properties

Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants

Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors

Conducting property inspections and reporting findings

Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation

Handling tenancy renewals, notices, and deposit returns
-
Resolving issues efficiently and professionally
About You:
-
Previous experience in property management or lettings
-
Strong organisational and time-management skills
-
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
-
Good knowledge of residential lettings legislation (desirable)

Confident using property management software and Microsoft Office
-
A full UK driving licence is preferred
