Experienced Sales Associate – Estate Agency
📍 Cheltenham Town Centre | ⏰ Full Time
💰 £25,000–£30,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £35,000–£40,000+)
Our client, a respected and established market leader, is looking for a polished, driven Sales Associate to join their high-performing Cheltenham office. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within a fast-paced, ambitious team.
You’ll handle buyer and seller enquiries, match applicants to properties, carry out viewings and market appraisals, win new instructions, and drive sales from start to finish. Business development and outstanding client service are at the heart of this role.

Proven experience in Estate Agency

Confident, professional, and highly presentable

Strong communicator with excellent closing skills

Target-driven, organised, and proactive

High ethical standards and customer-first mindset

Full UK driving licence and own car essential
