Senior Sales Associate / Valuer
📍 Location: Cheltenham Town Centre
🕒 Hours: Full Time
💷 Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 basic + uncapped commission
💰 OTE: £45,000 – £50,000+
Our client, a highly respected and market-leading estate agency, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Associate / Valuer to join their thriving Cheltenham town centre office. The Role
As a Senior Sales Associate / Valuer, you’ll play a key part in driving the success of the branch through your expertise in residential sales. You’ll be confident in conducting accurate market appraisals, securing new instructions, and building strong client relationships.
Day to day, you’ll:
- Conduct market appraisals and win new listings
- Manage buyer and seller enquiries from start to finish
- Match clients with properties that meet their individual needs
- Proactively generate new business opportunities
- Support colleagues with valuations, viewings, and sales progression
- Maintain regular communication with clients, delivering outstanding service every step of the way
This is a fast-paced and varied role, ideal for someone ambitious, professional, and confident in a client-facing environment.
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings passion, professionalism, and proven experience in estate agency. You should have:
- A strong track record in residential sales
- Confidence in conducting market appraisals and securing instructions
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- A proactive, team-oriented approach
- Strong organisational and IT skills
- Drive, resilience, and self-motivation
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
