Job Summary:
Our clients are seeking a motivated and career-driven Senior lettings consultant/Lister to join their dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential property lettings, valuation, and business development. You will play a key role in growing the volume of new lets, securing instructions, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property valuations and secure new instructions.
- Develop and implement effective marketing and canvassing strategies.
- Identify potential business opportunities and refer them to the appropriate division.
- Register, qualify, and manage applicants.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate lettings agreements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available properties and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with all legal obligations.
- Assist in managing and motivating the lettings team to achieve targets.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience in residential property lettings and valuations.
- Proven track record in securing new business.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
- Knowledge of the local property market.
