🧭 The Role
As Branch Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful launch and ongoing performance of the Walsall office, including:
- Leading the setup and launch of a brand-new branch
- Winning new instructions and building a strong local market presence
- Recruiting, managing and motivating a high-performing sales team
- Driving performance across listings, conversions and sales progression
- Delivering exceptional customer service and brand standards
- Developing long-term relationships within the local community
- Working closely with Directors to implement growth strategies

- Proven experience as a Branch Manager / Senior Branch Manager
- Strong listing, valuation and negotiation track record
- Confident people-manager who leads from the front
