The Lettings Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of the residential lettings portfolio, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and excellent customer service. This role involves leading a small team, maintaining high standards across all lettings processes, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily lettings function, including enquiries, viewings, tenancy progression, renewals, and move-ins.

  • Ensure compliance with lettings legislation and property standards (EPCs, Gas Safety, EICRs, Right-to-Rent checks).

  • Handle tenant and landlord queries, resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
