Sales Negotiator
Are you an experienced and high performing Sales Negotiator? We’re currently looking for a Sales Negotiator with 18 months experience on behalf of a well-established independent estate agency in Huddersfield to join their friendly and already successful sales team..
Key responsibilities:
- Hit or exceed agreed income target
- Maintaining own group of prospective sales applicants
- Updating vendors
- Maintaining strong and up-to-date knowledge of local property market
- Arrange and do viewings where necessary
- Be competent in sales progression.
Skills:
- This role requires you to have had a solid track record in sales negotiating.
- You must be passionate about property.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Driven, dynamic and hungry.
- The ability to hit the ground running
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Package on offer:
On target rearnings of £25,000 to £29000 depending on experience.
Hours:
The office is open 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
