The Role:
You will play a key role within the lettings department, taking ownership of a residential portfolio and ensuring the smooth running of tenancies while contributing to the continued growth and success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and overseeing a portfolio of residential rental properties
- Conducting property inspections and overseeing compliance standards
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs with trusted contractors
- Liaising professionally with landlords and tenants
- Managing tenancy renewals, documentation and legal compliance
- Handling check-ins, check-outs and inventories
- Resolving issues efficiently and proactively
- Supporting the wider lettings function and contributing to service excellence
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in lettings or property management
- Organised, detail-driven and highly professional
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident managing their own diary and priorities
- Proactive with a solutions-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence essential
