Lettings Coordinator / Property Manager
Derby
£25k – £30k basic

The Role:

You will play a key role within the lettings department, taking ownership of a residential portfolio and ensuring the smooth running of tenancies while contributing to the continued growth and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Managing and overseeing a portfolio of residential rental properties
  • Conducting property inspections and overseeing compliance standards
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs with trusted contractors
  • Liaising professionally with landlords and tenants
  • Managing tenancy renewals, documentation and legal compliance
  • Handling check-ins, check-outs and inventories
  • Resolving issues efficiently and proactively
  • Supporting the wider lettings function and contributing to service excellence

The Ideal Candidate:

 

  • Experience in lettings or property management
  • Organised, detail-driven and highly professional
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident managing their own diary and priorities
  • Proactive with a solutions-focused approach
  • Full UK driving licence essential
