An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Manager to join a well-regarded and established independent estate agency operating across the Shropshire / Herefordshire borders.
This is a key senior role within the business, offering the chance to take full ownership of a successful lettings department, drive its performance and play a pivotal role in its continued growth.
The successful candidate will be a confident and knowledgeable lettings professional with a proven background in residential lettings management and a strong understanding of lettings legislation, compliance and best practice.
The Role:
- Managing and developing the lettings department
- Overseeing the full lettings process from instruction to move-in
- Ensuring compliance with all lettings legislation and regulations
- Driving new business and increasing market share
- Managing, mentoring and motivating a team
- Building and maintaining strong landlord relationships
- Handling complex client queries and problem-solving
- Implementing processes to improve efficiency and profitability
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Professional
- Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
- Commercially minded with excellent organisational skills
- Confident leader with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Professional, proactive and customer-focused
- Full UK driving licence
