Sales Negotiator
Are you an experienced and high performing Sales Negotiator? We’re currently looking for a Sales Negotiator on behalf of a well-established independent estate agency in Sheffield to join their friendly and already successful sales team..
Key responsibilities:
- Hit or exceed agreed income target
- Maintaining own group of prospective sales applicants
- Updating vendors
- Maintaining strong and up-to-date knowledge of local property market
- Be competent in sales progression.
Skills:
- This role requires you to have had a solid track record in sales negotiating.
- You must be passionate about property.
- Driven, dynamic and hungry.
- The ability to hit the ground running
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valuation experience would be avantageous.
Package on offer:
Basic £26,000 Realistic OTE £35,000 plus
All successful candidates can earn extra income from mortgage appointments, solicitors’ income, and listings There is also a monthly office targets bonus for hitting targets on Valuations, Sales and Exchanges and shared in the office.
Hours:
The office is open 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday.
9:30am-1:00pm Saturday (1 in 2)
